The 6' wide x 10" long x 6' 6" tall steel shelter is one of the most popular models.  Custom sizes are available at lengths up to 30' long and with optional heights up to 7'.

Shelters can be custom made at 8' widths and up to 30' long.

The top picture is one of 15 we delivered with an "extended neck" to put the safety chamber up to 36" deep.  Standard depth is 10".

If you look closely at the shelter in its production phase you will note the extra steel support and note all seams are welded inside and out.

The interior of shelters are painted with a glossy white color to better reflect light.  Handrails are standard as are benches and corner shelves.  3 hooks are standard on the back wall for hanging supplies.

The door is supported with specific engineered gas springs for its size and weight.  Chains are added to avoid damage to the door if the wind catches it.  Every door has 3 latches and stainless steel hinges.  A lock hasp can be added at no additional cost.

The bottom picture is the view entering the stairs to reach the safety chamber.  The safety anti-skid strips standard on each stair is not shown nor is the the standard 3/4 inch threaded nipple for connecting conduit and running electric, Cat 5 or telephone wiring.

We do not APPLY TAR to the outside of our shelters.  After 10 years we broke away from the industry standard and now use a two-part black paint on the exterior.  Unlike tar, our paint does not rub off or melt in the sun while in transit.  This special paint provides extra sealant on all edges and better protects against corrosion.
