We can custom build anything you can imagine..  Shed Pod new for 2010 This Shed Pod above can go anywhere in your yard.  It includes a 6 inch pad that we pour, and can be of any size.  The unit above is 7' deep, 10'  wide and has a 7' ceiling.   Inside is carpeting, seating, and a thick metal floor.  It is anchored by    12 inch long, 1 inch diameter lag bolts in 8 specific spots.  The Shed Pod has been wind tested above 250 mph and has a door that exceeds FEMA Requirements. This is a great model for people who are uncomfortable in closed spaces because its so roomy, and it appears just to be a new shed in your back or front yard.  It comes with metal siding and a metal roof matched as closely to the colors you wish. It has a warranty, and is extremely heavy duty 3/16th steel.  This unit is one of our best sellers. There is no comparable high tested unit on the market that matches this unit.  Built like a bank vault, its weight, without the slab, exceeds 5,000 lbs!  This unit also makes a great PANIC VAULT, in cases of extreme non-weather emergencies.  Inside you can have a choice of sleeping bunks or seating.  These units can be made as big as 8' wide X 7' tall X 40' long. Safe Pods Safe Rooms are steel units available in any size. They are bolted into your existing garage floor away from the elements and they are very convenient and easy access. They are available with a variety of different sized doors to adapt to your needs.  We can also make 38" handicap assessable doors!  The units above are the standard size of 6/8/6.6.  They come with a full steel floor, carpet, choice of bunks or seating and a warranty.  These can also be installed in a house while the construction of your new house or garage is taking place (see the pictures on the left). We can make these units as big as 8' wide X 7' tall X 40' long. Underground Steel Shelters We carry a variety of different sized, below ground steel shelters. They range from 6 people as pictured above, to 100 person underground community shelters. They all have a ceiling height between standard size 6'  to 8'.  In the larger units you can also have two entry hatches to accommodate multiple people.  Please fill out the contact form for a quote on these custom units.   Above ground steel building pods These units come in any size and length. They are built with dual entry doors and the siding and roof to match your wishes. We install the siding and roof metal onsite after the unit has been delivered from our factory.  This unit above is a 40 person unit with a steel floor for grounding issues and seating on both sides of the unit as well as carpet choice. The doors are put on while the siding and roof are being installed. The doors are Texas Tech University (TTU) tested to withstand over 250 mph winds and debris launch. This unit can also be used as computer/server rooms for companies, and are available with many add on accessories such as lights, power, generators, toilets. We can also built custom sectional steel, above ground pod buildings to meet your wishes and requirements. All our units are engineered and stamped and TTU tested designs.
